Tonight we listened to Sue Taylor from Isle Lose It online in her latest live vlog of food cravings through Facebook. What an amazing insight into our food behaviours and some great points made, I could literally listen to Sue all day. She begins the conversation outlining the way we view food, not as good vs bad but to think about food and cravings in terms of foods we should eat more of and others less. I like that style of thinking, it has a positive outlook and certainly works within the 80/20 world.
Highlights include learning about YOU and what type of craver you are? Social? Emotional or Situational. I think I've been all 3 at times but mostly now emotional. Plus when our reserves are low and we are all out of steam with little in the pantry then its time to crash and burn right?
Well not anymore! The Pantry 8020 in Misterton will have plenty of inspiration, recipes and buffer foods on offer along side healthy local delicious dishes to satisfy what ever you need.
Here is the recipe for the Peanut Butter Oreo's Sue mentions as her life saving Food Buffer
